WHEN WILL THE CONDO BE READY FOR OCCUPANCY?
The suites will be ready in approximately 18 months
DOES THE DEVELOPER HAVE THE RIGHT TO DELAY OCCUPANCY?
The D'Amore Group reserves the right to delay the occupancy date
WHEN DO I GET THE KEYS TO MY SUITE?
Residents will receive their keys on closing
WHAT IS FINAL CLOSING?
Final closing occurs when the condo is registered and the title for your suite is put in your name
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE?
Yes. It is your responsibility to obtain condo owner's insurance for your suite
